I hate noisy toys. I really hate the sort that make that high pitched squeaky ear piercing sound that they claim to be music. (insert vomiting smilie here) Cant stand them. I avoid them like the plague.
This year the budget was a little tighter than normal due to me still being on maternity leave so I was on the scrounge for toys on the reduced rack. Actually I do that even if we are flush, I love a good bargain. I found one such bargain in one of our major department stores prior to Christmas for my youngest Cooper. It is a ride on car but not just any old ride on car, this one has flashing lights and it plays nursery rhymes. OH NO not electronic nursery rhymes - poke my ears out with a hot stick NOW!!!! But the price, reduce from $69.99 down to $20 less 25% special off all ride on toys for the week. OMG a $70 toy for $15 and the bonus, the oh so joyous bonus...... wait for it........ the sounds dont work. Oh happy day!

My living memory of life with my 3 boys. Kids really do say some funny things. I didnt record the funny quips my eldest said and now I have forgotten them which is sad. I'm not making the same mistake again, hence the blog.
